Hi, I’m Erik Richard, and I’m here to help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve your health and performance goals. With over nine years of experience as a coach and a background as a clinical exercise physiologist (CSEP-CEP) and high performance specialist, I specialize in creating customized training programs for individuals with diverse needs, including those managing chronic health conditions. I hold a Master’s degree in Biomechanics, which means I take a science-driven, client-centered approach to every session. Whether you’re looking to improve your quality of life, manage symptoms of a chronic condition, build strength, or push your performance to the next level, my sessions are tailored to meet your unique goals and preferences. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from individuals seeking better mobility and longevity to athletes at every level, from novice to professional. What to Expect in a Session Each session, lasting up to 60 minutes, is designed to deliver real results while making the most of your time. Here’s what we’ll cover: A dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement. Technique optimization to ensure every exercise is safe and effective for your needs. Troubleshooting specific challenges, whether it’s pain, limited mobility, or movement patterns. A fully customized plan designed to address your goals, from building strength to improving energy and resilience. Cancellation Policy

Session Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting Erik Richard. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or as specified in your service agreement. Payment Requirements: Payment for sessions is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer and other options listed at checkout. All prices are in CAD. Rescheduling Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. To reschedule, please contact us directly at [Your Contact Information]. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable. Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Refunds for Canceled Sessions: Refunds are available only for sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. Special Circumstances: In the case of unforeseen emergencies (such as medical issues or emergencies), please reach out to discuss options for rescheduling or credit toward future sessions.
