Each session includes a review of your progress, addressing any challenges, and making adjustments to optimize your plan. With consistent guidance and feedback, you’ll stay motivated and achieve steady results, one week at a time. Perfect for those seeking hands-on support and continuous improvement.


Cancellation Policy

Session Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting Erik Richard. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or as specified in your service agreement. Payment Requirements: Payment for sessions is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer and other options listed at checkout. All prices are in CAD. Rescheduling Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. To reschedule, please contact us directly at [Your Contact Information]. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable. Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Refunds for Canceled Sessions: Refunds are available only for sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. Special Circumstances: In the case of unforeseen emergencies (such as medical issues or emergencies), please reach out to discuss options for rescheduling or credit toward future sessions.
